Shipping policy

Processing / Shipping: Usually ships between 3-7 business days for domestic shipping. International orders require additional time. For all presale items, items will not be shipped for 3-10 days from specified drop date. If there is a stock issue on your order, we will email you as soon as possible. For all items that include any customization and add-ons please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

 

Processing / Shipping Fees: All payment of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties are the responsibility of the customer (ie. Shipping from USA to another country, such as Europe– customer pays cost of shipping + European duty)

 

Personal Pickup: THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PITTSBURGH LOCATION. If you need your order more urgent and are local to the Pittsburgh area. This can be arranged by emailing us directly at mvpbrandinc@gmail.com
